JC did my repairs after my condo was flooded, had quite a few problems. It took them almost 8 and 1/2 months to get repairs done. With their delays and problems. Repairs weren't done as specified but finally done and acceptable. They (Ashley- manager) moved my stuff out and back, those charges were exorbitant and furniture was damaged but no one remembered how or when it was damaged even when I was there and it wasn't there when I helped pack up, but there after it was returned I must of forgot. Now back to my insurance co. Won't use them again.
