Taqueria Los Laureles at 2212 West Algonquin Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

The food is very good, but the service is lacking. I placed a simple to-go order (2 items), but when I received it an entire entree item was missing and I did not have the correct meat on the rest of my order. I would be more understanding if they were slammed, but my order was placed at approximately 2pm (after the lunch rush) and there was only one other person ordering at the time. I might give this place a try again in the future, but I definitely wasn't impressed this time.
